We had some RF blocks. It was time to increase complexity. So, we designed and received from MOSIS a low power receiver that we began to characterize. For this work, we used a CMOS 0.18 um technology from Global Foundries. Good news, it is alive, it consumes very little power (600 uW) and it makes downconversion of RF signal. But, for more results, we’ll need to design a PCB. We will post some news when this characterization will be done.
