RFWild´s ready for 4-port measurements!

It took cables, transitions, adapters, … everything multiplied by 4! And a little bit more calibration fun … 🙂

RFWild is proud to announce that we are ready for 4-port on-wafer measurements. The first calibration results demonstrate that our setup is up and running up to 13.5 GHz (frequency limit of our PNA-X). The setup will enable us to characterize integrated transformers, couplers, mixers, differential circuits, etc.

We are also able to characterize connectorized devices, including, for example, antenna networks.
