One step more! We succeeded in realizing a demonstrator of a 2.4 GHz oscillator, that is, a packaged circuit working on the PCB. For this work, the undergraduate student Ranieri Saldanha used a 0.18 um CMOS technology from IBM, through MOSIS educational program.
